Full Club results

Women’s event : 2nd Rachael Lever, 30th Maisie McCormack, 42nd Kesh Talbot

Men’s event : 15th William Ferguson, 19th Neo Wilson-Wan, 42nd Oscar Potts, 57th James Gowen

Club has re-opened

The club re-opened for existing fencers a couple of months ago and has been very busy with 20-30 fencers attending most sessions.

Due to Covid space limitations, we are currently unable to take on new beginners, but we are looking at options of hiring additional hall areas and bringing in additional coaches to facilitate this.

If you are interested in learning to fence, please express your interest by email to chrishowser@hotmail.co.uk

Jess Shortlisted for World Awards

Jess Varley has been shortlisted for the Best Senior Female Athlete for the UIPM (World Pentathlon Association) awards, which is rather impressive.

It would be great if as many people would vote for Jess (and also Kate French who I taught to fence many years ago).

Voting takes place at – https://uipmawards.com/uipm-2019-best-senior-female-pentathlete/?fbclid=IwAR0XlpxIb9TM-bR_7CaLlGo5ChNFCwelKtyRB8677ypSlpSzXw0Q_kIXqiM

Good Luck to Jess
